沙茶炸醬肉燥豆腐

材料

3件 豆腐切粒
半磅 豬肉碎
1條 葱切粒
蒜蓉適量

3pcs Tofu cut into chunks
1/2 lb Minced pork
1 Green Onion(chopped)
Garlic (chopped)

調味
seasoning

1湯匙 "牛頭牌”沙茶炸醬
1茶匙“珠江橋牌”金標生抽王
半湯匙 "塔牌”厨用紹興花雕酒
1茶匙 生粉


1 Tbsp Bull Head Satay Soy Bean Paste
1 tsp PRB.Golden Label Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Pagoda Salted Shao Xing Cooking Wine
1 tsp Corn Starch

做法
method

1. 先用”珠江橋”金標生抽王和生粉少許略醃豬肉碎備用.
2. 燒熱油約2湯匙, 下蒜茸爆香後加入肉碎略炒
3. 灒酒之後加入豆腐粒和沙茶炸醬略炒
4. 燒滚後轉中慢火煮10分鐘即成

1. Seasoned minced pork with soy sauce and corn starch
2. Heat 2 Tbsp oil at medium heat, add minced garlic to fry for awhile then add minced pork
3. Stir for a minute, then add cooking wine, tofu and Bull Head Satay Black Bean Paste
4. Mix them well. Bring to boil then cook for 10 mins by low heat and serve.
