端午節食譜 --- 沙茶醬沾粽子

材料

2 湯匙 "牛頭牌"沙茶醬
1 隻 粽子(未解凍和未去粽葉)

2 Tbsp "Bull Head" Babeque Sauce
1 Piece Sticky Rice Dumpling(frozen and wrapped)
 

做法
method

1) 將粽子和足夠蓋面的水一同加入煲內
2) 用大火煮滾後轉中慢火煲約30分鐘至熟
3) 撈起粽子, 剪掉繩子和去取粽葉後, 用"牛頭牌"沙茶醬沾來吃, 別具風味.

1) Place sticky rice dumpling inside a pot, add water until covering the dumpling,
2) Use high heat to cook until boiling, change to medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes
3) Remove strings and leaves around sticky rice dumpling, then serve with "Bull Head" Barbeque Sauce for great tasting.
